What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
All of our products are made to order. Production and
delivery typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once
your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its
progress.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do
not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or style
preferences. Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before
placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your
item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@etchd.store within
30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or
refund at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or fulfillment error, we will replace
it. Otherwise, you are welcome to place a new order for a different item.
Are all items eligible for return?
No. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order
or custom products - Sale
items - Gift
cards
These items are produced specifically for each order and
cannot be restocked.
What about orders shipped to the European Union?
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have
a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.
Please note:
- This
right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items unless they
are defective or incorrect - Return
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty - To
request a return under EU law, contact info@etchd.store within 14 days of
delivery
How and when will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original
payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card
providers may take additional time to process the refund.
