Because every etchd product is made to order and produced specifically for your order by our fulfillment partners, we have a limited return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@etchd.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
We reply to all customer service messages within 24 hours on business days.
Returns for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect color or style selected
- Items ordered correctly but no longer wanted
All etchd products are made specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold. This policy is stated on every product page and at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible due to a defect, damage in transit, or fulfillment error, we will replace it. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All made-to-order products (this includes our entire catalog)
- Sale or final-sale items
- Gift cards
European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Under EU and UK consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent UK regulations). As all etchd products are made to order, this exemption applies to our entire catalog.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect goods remain fully protected. For any such issue, contact info@etchd.store within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, as described above.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@etchd.store.
