etchd ships worldwide from fulfillment partner facilities located in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia. The fulfillment location for your order is determined by product type and your delivery address, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Processing time

All etchd products are made to order. Orders are produced on demand and typically enter production within 2–7 business days of order confirmation. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Transit times (estimated)

  • United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • European Union and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Australia and New Zealand: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 7–20 business days after dispatch

All transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs processing in the destination country may add additional time.

Countries we ship to

We ship worldwide, with the following exclusions: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Some additional destinations may be unavailable due to fulfillment partner limitations — these will be communicated at checkout.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not able to mark international shipments as gifts or undervalue them on customs declarations.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@etchd.store and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. For packages confirmed lost in transit or arriving damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please report any issue within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
