etchd ships worldwide from fulfillment partner facilities located in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia. The fulfillment location for your order is determined by product type and your delivery address, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Production time
All etchd products are made to order by our print partners. Because each item is produced on demand, production time varies by item. The production time, delivery estimate, and shipping cost for each item are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates and shipping cost
Delivery time and shipping cost are not the same for every item. Our products are fulfilled by several print partners, and the exact delivery estimate and shipping cost for each item are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing in the destination country may add further time.
Estimated total delivery
Total delivery time is the production time plus the shipping transit time for each item, both shown per item at checkout. Made to order items, economy shipping methods, and remote or rest of world destinations can take several weeks.
Countries we ship to
We ship worldwide, with the following exclusions: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Some additional destinations may be unavailable due to fulfillment partner limitations, and these will be communicated at checkout.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not able to mark international shipments as gifts or undervalue them on customs declarations.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@etchd.store and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. For packages confirmed lost in transit or arriving damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please report any issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
