Every item is made to order. Production and delivery times vary by item and print partner. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, and your delivery estimate for each item is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or style preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@etchd.store within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
