Are etchd products made to order?
Yes. Every etchd piece is printed and made to order specifically for you, so nothing sits in a warehouse and each print stays sharp and current.
How long does delivery take?
Production and shipping times vary by item, so the exact delivery estimate and shipping cost for each item are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some made-to-order items and remote destinations can take several weeks. Shipping is free to the US and Europe.
Which devices are supported?
We make cases for a wide range of iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, plus matching accessories. Select your exact model on the product page.
Can I get matching accessories?
Yes. Most designs are available as a matching set — phone cases, grips, stands, laptop sleeves, smartwatch straps and power banks — so you can carry one look across your devices.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost. European Union and United Kingdom customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Are the cases MagSafe or wireless-charging compatible?
Our Magnetic case lines (Clear Magnetic and Tough Magnetic) have a built-in magnet ring, so they’re MagSafe-compatible and work with MagSafe chargers and accessories. All of our cases support wireless charging.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Every item is made to order. Production and delivery times vary by item and print partner, so the exact delivery estimate and shipping cost for each item are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. In most cases you will not need to return the item. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14 day right of withdrawal if they change their mind. Outside the EU and the UK, made to order items cannot be returned for a change of mind, so please check the product details and sizing guide before ordering. See our FAQ for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your
item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@etchd.store within
30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or
refund at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or fulfillment error, we will replace
it. Otherwise, you are welcome to place a new order for a different item.
Are all items eligible for return?
No. The following items are not eligible for return:

These items are produced specifically for each order and
cannot be restocked.
What about orders shipped to the European Union?
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have
a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.
