How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order. Production and delivery times vary by item and print partner. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, and your delivery estimate for each item is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@etchd.store and we’ll make it right.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at info@etchd.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
How do I choose the correct size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes, our products are made on demand, which helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. We also aim to use responsible sourcing and packaging wherever possible.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some designs and products may return, while others are released in limited runs. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on restocks and new releases.
