How long will my order take to arrive?

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping transit varies by destination: about 3 to 5 business days in the US, 5 to 10 in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and 7 to 20 for the rest of the world. All times are estimates. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@etchd.store and we’ll make it right.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at info@etchd.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes — our products are made on demand, which helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. We also aim to use responsible sourcing and packaging wherever possible.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once placed, as production begins automatically immediately after checkout. Please review your order details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
