Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, and your delivery estimate for each item is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@etchd.store and we’ll make it right.
