How long will my order take to arrive?

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping transit varies by destination: about 3 to 5 business days in the US, 5 to 10 in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and 7 to 20 for the rest of the world. All times are estimates. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow its progress.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@etchd.store and we’ll make it right.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at info@etchd.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.
