How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@etchd.store and we’ll make it right.

Please email us at info@etchd.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.
