Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All of our products are made to order. Production and
delivery typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once
your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its
progress.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do
not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or style
preferences. Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before
placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your
item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@etchd.store within
30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or
refund at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or fulfillment error, we will replace
it. Otherwise, you are welcome to place a new order for a different item.
Are all items eligible for return?

What about orders shipped to the European Union?
